• Statement Of 06/05/09

  A meeting had been arranged with a Mr Frankie Yeo of SPF's Internal Investigation Department on this day.

  What happened when i was there?Basically,nothing much happened.

  Mr Yeo took a statement,which was basically the same as i had given for the past 2 months.

  He was very insistent that "he was only there to act upon my complaint against the police officer",which was with regards to the police report i had filed at Paya Lebar NPP on the 16/04/09.

  I have pointed out to Mr Yeo the fact that there appears to be much more things going on that i wish to find out more about.And that my complaint is not against the police officer.

  Mr Yeo also claimed that the investigation may take up to 2 months,which was the same thing that was said in a letter sent to me by a Mr Paul Tan,who was writing on behalf of the Quality Service Manager(QSM)of the SPF.

  I would like to remind everyone about the fact that on the 17/03/09,an email was received from an Admin/Mod of Hardwarezone forums,stating that the Singapore Police had accused me of lying about my experience.Subsequently,i was denied access from the said forum and my thread mysteriously disappeared.

  If the SPF had not conducted an investigation at that time,how can it run around the Internet accusing me of lying?

  Please note that they only bothered to contact me almost 2 weeks after i lodged 2 separate reports.And only after i publicly questioned the "black hole" in various public forums.

  I asked about the current whereabouts of officer Iskandar Tang.Mr Yeo was non-committal and extremely careful with his answers.He insisted that i do not quote him.He then asked me what i heard.I informed him that i had heard that Iskandar is under detention.

  Mr Yeo then asked me what is my definition of detention.I told him i felt it's those detained without trial kind of thing.He told me he thinks detention means in prison.However,he did not at anytime say that Iskandar is in detention.

  Mr Yeo stated that he would proceed to investigate the contents of my statement.And that he would inform me of the outcome via letter.I asked whether there was any opportunity for me to meet Iskandar Tang,he neither said yes or no.He only kept repeating that he would be conducting investigations and he would do all the necessary,and i would only need to be kept informed by letter.

  What does PoThePanda feel?It's still swirling around in a blackhole while they decide on their next best course of action.

  I have been observing the mainstream media this few days,closely observing the reports of the supposed capture of Mas Selamat Kastari.My assessment is that there is a major propaganda campaign going on to brainwash the Singaporean people into believing that :

  1)Myth:ISD is only for the betterment of ordinary Singaporeans.

  2)Myth:ISA is only used against terrorists.

  3)Myth:ISA is a good and just law.

  We know that :

  1)ISD is akin to the Gestapo in Germany during WWII.It is a secret political police.Rather much like the dogs in George Orwell's Animal Farm.

  2)ISA has been used against Opposition politicians,social activists,dissidents and ordinary Singaporeans who expose the wrongdoings of certain people...who are "above the law".

  3)If anyone is guilty of a crime,he/she should be brought to public trial and tried before the public.

  If MSK is truly guilty of all those crimes the state media is playing up,why is he not tried in court?
